Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a new card using one of my favourite Lili of the Valley images stamped in Memento and coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics. I then added pearls to the flowers and her crown.
I used Wild Rose Studio papers that came free with a magazine and coloured my image to match these. I also used yellow card stock, pink lace, Card candy and a 3D Butterfly with a trail of pearls across the card.
Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here to show you a card made using one of the new Saturated Canary digi stamps that is my absolute favourite of all time! I coloured her with Promarkers and placed her on silver glitter card and cut a small border around the image. I then placed her on a polka dot panel of Papermania Capsule collection papers which I backed with red glitter card. I then made my base with three different papers from the same set. I placed a red glitter border of butterflies cut with a Memory box die and then cut little butterflies from another Memory box die out of the same card. I placed her at a slight angle, then added little red butterflies on the right hand side, and a larger butterfly in the top corner cut with a Spellbinders die. I then cut little butterflies from white glitter card and placed these in the opposite corner around a 'Have a fabulous day' dome greeting in the bottom left hand corner. Lastly I added three gems from the same Capsule collection in the top left hand corner.
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well! Here I am with a new card for our theme this week at OSCC 'Just Good Friends' with another Saturated Canary I am using for the first time :-) I coloured her in Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics to compliment the colours in the Papermania Parkstone Pink papers. I used those papers, a matching bow, cardstock, a greeting from the Tulip range, Lace and lots of pearls.
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a Simple House Mouse card using some of my older stash that is a little bit neglected! I used a House Mouse image coloured with Promarkers, Papermania Amethyst papers, cardstock and buttons to decorate. Lastly I added a Birthday Wishes glitterations greeting.
Good evening everyone, hope you are well! Here I am with my DT project for this months challenge over at Sarah Hurley Challenges which is one of my favourite themes-Alter Something! :-)
I had some door hangers hanging around waiting for my attention so I thought it would be perfect to use with Sarah Hurley's Retro Home kit which I adore! I printed out the pennants and wrote 'Do not Disturb' with type stamps I got from ebay. I then covered the door hanger with the paper and cut round. I then arranged my message, and added gems to each top corner, and to the top of the door hanger. Lastly I added three colours of ribbon which matched the colours of my project.
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a new card using one of the newer Saturated Canary digis, I haven't had a chance to use before-I love her! I coloured her with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics, then cut round her with a wide border. I placed her on My Minds Eye sunburst paper, as it seemed perfect for a holiday themed card and then mounted it on dark green cardstock. I used complimenting papers as my base and as a border, then added polka dot ribbon. I used card candy and a Good luck dome greeting then added a butterfly fluttering by with a gem trail.
Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a new Saturated Canary stamp I have coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics, shes a pleasure to colour :-)
I coloured her to match the Echo Park papers I got in the sale, and used Lucy Cromwell Aqua papers to reflect her eyeshadow and book colours when I cut round her image and left the large border, and placed these next. Then I added the red cardstock to tie it in with the rest of the papers. I embellished with Card Candy and hearts from the Echo Park set.
This is perfect for the Olympic and Patriotic trends of the moment, and I just love the simple but effective design-absolutely fabulous! :-)
If you haven't entered already please pop by my All Crafts Challenge and have a go-you have a chance to be featured and at the end of the challenge I will use random.org to pick an entry to win something from the wonderful Sarah Hurley-so well worth a go! :-)
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a DT card for One Stitch at a Time and our theme this time is 'Sports/Olympic colours'.
I chose a digi by Stitchy available at the store and cut round her with a little border. I then used Forever Friends Best of British Papers to make my simple card base-the patterns in the paper are so detailed I wanted to show them off. All I added for embellishments were three card candy in Red, White and Blue to compliment the papers. Lastly I added a dome greeting 'Have a fabulous day' in the left hand corner.
Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with my DT card for Dream Valley challenges, where our theme this week is 'Summer'. I coloured my Saturated Canary digi in Promarkers and Flexmarkers to match the Country Garden papers by Bo Bunny that were perfect for this project :-)
I mounted her on Orange cardstock then matted a panel of design paper on it too. I placed these on my card, with a paper border. I embellished with a Polka dot ribbon and some buttons. Then I used a LOTV greeting mounted on the Orange cardstock to tie it all in.
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a card made for my lovely friend Bethan who gets married soon :-) Her invite had purple accents so I chose this as my base. I used a Saturated Canary digi coloured with Promarkers and Flexmarkers, then cut round the image with a wide border. Next I mounted this on Lucy Cromwell paper, then used some paper from the same stack as my backing paper. I then backed an 'especially for you' die cut greeting with the same backing I used for round the bride to tie it all in. I added American Crafts polka dot ribbon as an accent, then added gems to the ruffles of her dress.

Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with a new Saturated Canary project based around the Chelsea Green collection by Papermania. I have used their papers, border, glitter flowers and glitter card.

I then covered my base card with polka dot papers, and placed the border in the middle. I then placed the panel on top. I then placed her on a panel of Echo Park papers matted with red cardstock. I then made my card blank with a grey patterned paper base, then with a wide border matted with the same red cardstock, then with a polka dot ribbon embellishment. I then placed her panel at an angle and cut the overlapping corners. I then used Heart stickers and 'All Because of you' greeting from the Echo Park kit. I finished the cards with card candy and three roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well! Here I am on a particularly dreary summer day to show you a cheerful card made using a stamp by Elisabeth Bell coloured with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and Copics to compliment the Papermania Chelsea Green papers I chose. All I added was some 3D Butterflies, Chelsea green paper border and glitter card cut with a nestie, polka dot ribbon, gems and a dome greeting.
Good morning everyone, hope you are well :-) Here I am with my DT card for One Stop Craft challenge, and our theme this week is 'Lets Travel around the World'. For this card stamped and heat embossed a stamp I was given as a present so I am not sure what make this is, but I love it on Papermania Bookprint paper. I then coloured the image with Distress inks. I then used Papermania Henbury Lane papers as my base and a border to reflect the distress ink colours. I then added three lilac gingham buttons, and polka dot ribbons in complimenting colours.
Good afternoon everyone, hope you are well! Here I am with my DT card for our challenge this fortnight at Sarah Hurley Challenges. I chose the theme this week and chose Buttons because I just love them-they are so versatile and I use them all the time!
For this card I used Sarah Hurley Retro Home paper and Cross Stitch 'Thinking of You' greeting, with Butterflies as my focal point made with Buttons from the Boofle collection :-)
Good morning everyone, hope you are well! I have taken advantage of the break in the clouds(yay some sun!) to photograph my latest project for you. I was lucky enough to win a voucher for the Craft Barn some months ago and the plain wooden tissue box was one of the altering items I bought with my winnings and its sat around neglected so I thought it was time to get it out and have a play!
I wanted to make it a Birds and Butterflies themed box with a distressed look. So I began by painting it in a base coat of a bronze colour. I then let this dry and then added Crackle agent and again left to dry. Next I painted my top coat of a sand colour acrylic and let that dry and crackle nicely revealing the glittery bronze below :-)
Lastly I used Stazon to stamp some of my favourite Birds and Butterflies images from my stash.

I made it from scratch, ordered the clock movement but made the face and put it together myself, I am very pleased with how it came out too :-) What do you think?
To decorate the face I used Echo Park paper, which I stamped and heat embossed Vintage Butterflies and Dragonflies onto with Gold embossing powder, then coloured with distress inks. Lastly after I had fitted the clock movement I placed the numbers.

I then cut a wide border around her and placed her on the rose papers and then mounted this on Coredinations gemstones cardstock. I then made a border by placing some of the paper on a strip of the same coredinations card. I covered my card with the lighter rose paper, then placed my border panel where I added polka dot ribbon and lace, then placed the panel with my SC image on. I added the 'Have a lovely day' greeting from Tulip range, and three pearl hearts. Lastly I added a memory box cut border of butterflies out of pink glitter card, then cut one of these to make a flying butterfly which I placed on the panel with the SC image on :-)

Good evening everyone, hope you are well :-) I am here to announce something new for my blog that I hope you will all get involved in! :-) I quite often make items which don't fit into a 'card or scrapbook' page category and often struggle to find places to show these in blogland. I thought I would remedy this by making a new two monthly 'Anything goes' challenge where we can all inspire each other with the different crafts we have been playing with! :-) So I mean jewellery, altered items, knitting, etc etc.
I will choose items to showcase on my blog throughout the challenge with a link to your blog to show the talent out there and hold a draw every couple of months of all the entries to win prizes-this first challenge will be sponsored by the wonderful Sarah Hurley-you can drool over all her lovely items at her etsy store here!
I encourage all of you to pop by each others blogs for some fabulous ideas, fun and mostly to meet other like minded crafters and hopefully make friends too! :-) My only request is you follow and link your creation to this post, visit each other and have fun! :-)
Please feel free take the badge and link to the challenge :-)
I have started this challenge with an altered mirror I have been playing with. What do you think? A nice simple gift for a friend :-)
If you would like to enter please leave a comment under this post with your beautiful creation-I cant wait to see what you talented people have been up to! :-)
